FCL FCF Hydraulic Tank Cleaning Cover is a standard maintenance access cover for hydraulic oil tanks, an essential mechanical component for industrial hydraulic system and Power Pack Unit. It is installed on the tank wall of hydraulic stations, providing an inspection and cleaning opening so technicians can clean sludge and inspect tank interior without full disassembly of the whole Machine.

This cleaning cover is manufactured with cast aluminum or carbon steel body paired with oil-resistant sealing gasket. It reliably blocks dust, moisture and external contaminants from entering the tank, preventing hydraulic oil contamination. Working Principle

Fitted on the reservoir of hydraulic system and Power Pack Unit, the FCL FCF cleaning cover remains tightly sealed during normal running of the Machine. The rubber gasket isolates the inner hydraulic oil chamber from outside environment to avoid pollution.

When maintenance is required, loosen the bolts and remove the cover. Operators can enter the tank to clean sediment, check tank inner surface or replace internal filter elements. After maintenance, reinstall the cover and fasten bolts to restore tank sealing, ensuring stable operation of the Power Pack Unit and Machine.
