EF‑25~120 Series Hydraulic Air Filter is a vital tank‑mounted FILTER component for industrial hydraulic system and hydraulic‑driven Machine. It is installed on the top of hydraulic oil tank, to filter incoming air when the oil level fluctuates inside the hydraulic system. It blocks dust, sand and moisture from entering the reservoir, preventing contamination of hydraulic oil and protecting pumps, valves and other core parts of the Machine.

Working Principle

When the Machine is running, the oil level in the hydraulic tank rises and falls with the working cycle of the hydraulic system. The EF‑25~120 Hydraulic Air FILTER allows outside air to flow into the tank through the filter element, while intercepting dust and impurities in the air.

When oil level drops, outside air passes through the FILTER before entering the reservoir, eliminating the risk of dirt pollution to hydraulic oil. When oil level rises, internal air is discharged through the breather.
