Product Overview

MTC-02-W-I-10 is a modular throttle check Hydraulic valve (7OCEAN seven ocean series), a flow control component for the hydraulic system of industrial Machine. This Hydraulic valve adopts sandwich stacked modular design with NG6 standard mounting surface, it can be stacked directly between solenoid directional valve and manifold block without extra pipeline connection. The mark W represents dual A/B port flow adjustment; I means meter-in control. It precisely regulates oil flow rate of the hydraulic system to control the moving speed of hydraulic cylinders on the Machine, while built-in check valve allows free reverse oil flow.

This modular Hydraulic valve features dual adjustable knobs for independent speed regulation of A and B circuits. It effectively reduces leakage points of the hydraulic system, compact layout and easy assembly, widely used on hydraulic power stations and automation Machine.

Working Principle

When the Machine runs, hydraulic oil from the hydraulic system flows through this Hydraulic valve. The forward oil passes through adjustable throttle orifice, and users can rotate the knob to change the opening size to limit flow and control cylinder moving speed. For reverse oil flow, the built-in check valve opens fully, oil flows freely without throttling resistance. This Hydraulic valve realizes meter-in speed regulation, stably controlling the movement speed of actuators and guaranteeing smooth operation of the whole hydraulic system.
