Pilot Control Joystick Valve is a manual operated hydraulic Hydraulic valve, serving as the command control component for the hydraulic system of construction Machine. Working Principle

When operating the joystick handle of this Hydraulic valve, internal spools move and generate proportional low-pressure pilot oil. The pilot pressure signal is transmitted through pipelines to the main directional Hydraulic valve inside the hydraulic system. The main valve spool shifts according to the pilot pressure magnitude and direction, which changes the oil flow direction and flow rate. Then hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors act to realize the movement of the Machine. The more the joystick tilts, the higher the pilot pressure, so the faster the machine action. When releasing the handle, internal springs reset the spool, pilot pressure drops to zero, and the Machine stops movement.
