Product Overview

A6VE Series Variable Piston Motor is swashplate variable displacement Hydraulic piston motor, the core power output component for closed-loop hydraulic system of heavy-duty mobile Machine. As high-performance hydraulic motor, it converts hydraulic pressure energy supplied by the hydraulic system into rotary mechanical torque to drive travel, slewing and winch mechanisms of engineering Machine. This Hydraulic piston motor is widely used in hydrostatic closed transmission circuits, which can adjust displacement continuously according to load changes of the Machine. Working Principle

When the Machine operates, high-pressure hydraulic oil from the hydraulic system flows into the cylinder block of this Hydraulic piston motor. The pressurized oil pushes pistons against the inclined swashplate to generate rotary motion of the output shaft. By adjusting the swashplate angle, this variable hydraulic motor changes its displacement. When the Machine encounters heavy load, the motor increases displacement to output larger torque; during light-load travel, it reduces displacement to achieve higher rotating speed. The pressure feedback signal from the hydraulic system automatically controls the swashplate angle, matching power output to load demand.
