Product Overview

Hydropa pressure switch is original German piston-type pressure monitoring component, including full series DS117, DS507 and DS307. Working Principle

When the Machine is running, hydraulic oil pressure from the hydraulic system acts on the internal piston of the pressure switch. The piston pushes against the preloaded spring. Once hydraulic pressure reaches the preset value, the piston triggers the built-in microswitch and outputs an electrical signal. Users can adjust the set switching pressure by tuning the top adjustment screw. When system pressure drops below the setting value, the microswitch resets automatically. This signal can control pump unloading, alarm or equipment stop to safeguard the hydraulic system and the whole Machine.
