Product Overview

K7V63S is a Kawasaki KPM variable swashplate Hydraulic piston pump, a high-performance hydraulic pump widely adopted as the main power source for the hydraulic system of construction Machine. This Hydraulic piston pump is the upgraded version of K3V63 series, featuring compact overall structure, high power density, low noise and excellent volumetric efficiency. It converts mechanical rotational energy into high-pressure hydraulic oil energy, supplying stable flow and pressure for the whole hydraulic system of excavators and other mobile engineering Machine.

The K7V63S hydraulic pump adopts open-loop control design, equipped with built-in load sensing regulator. It can automatically adjust displacement according to load changes of the Machine, saving energy and reducing heat generation inside the hydraulic system. Working Principle

When the Machine starts, the drive shaft drives the cylinder block of this Hydraulic piston pump to rotate. The pistons reciprocate along the angled swashplate, completing oil suction and oil discharge cycles. As a variable hydraulic pump, the built-in regulator senses pressure feedback signal from the hydraulic system and changes the swashplate angle dynamically. It automatically adjusts output flow to match the load demand of the Machine. The high-pressure hydraulic oil delivered by the hydraulic pump flows into the hydraulic system, driving hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors to realize digging, boom lifting and slewing actions of the excavator.
