Product Overview

MPCV Modular Pilot Operated Check Valve is a sandwich stacked Hydraulic valve, also known as hydraulic lock. It is an essential load-holding component for the hydraulic system of industrial Machine. This Hydraulic valve adopts modular stacked design according to ISO4401 standard mounting surface. It allows free oil flow in one direction and tightly locks the oil passage in reverse direction. When pilot control pressure is supplied, the internal pilot piston pushes the poppet open to realize reverse oil flow. It can keep hydraulic cylinders locked in position without creeping, ensuring safety and position retention for the hydraulic system of Machine.

Multiple models including MPCV-02, MPCV-03 are available with A/B/W port types for single-side or double-side locking. The compact sandwich structure can be stacked directly between solenoid valve and manifold block without extra pipe connections, reducing leakage points of the hydraulic system.

Working Principle

When the Machine runs, hydraulic oil flows freely through the poppet of this Hydraulic valve in forward direction. Once the oil flow reverses, the poppet is pressed tightly onto the valve seat to cut off the oil circuit and lock the hydraulic actuator in place. When reverse movement is required, pilot pressure oil from the hydraulic system pushes the built-in pilot piston. The piston mechanically pushes the poppet away from the seat, enabling reverse oil flow and releasing the locked cylinder. After pilot pressure disappears, the spring resets the poppet and re-locks the circuit, preventing accidental movement of the Machine.
