Product Overview

MTCV Modular Throttle Check Valve is a sandwich stacked Hydraulic valve, used as flow control component for the hydraulic system of industrial Machine. This Hydraulic valve follows ISO4401 standard mounting surface for stacked assembly. It integrates throttle and check valve functions into one unit. In forward direction, hydraulic oil flows through the adjustable throttle orifice to limit flow and control actuator speed; in reverse direction, the built-in check valve fully opens to allow free oil return without throttling resistance. It can be stacked directly between solenoid valve and manifold block, simplifying piping layout and reducing leakage points of the hydraulic system.

Available in NG6 and NG10 sizes, with single or dual A/B port adjustment options. Users can turn the adjusting knob to precisely set flow rate to meet different speed requirements of the Machine.

Working Principle

When the Machine operates, hydraulic oil from the hydraulic system flows into this Hydraulic valve. During forward movement, oil passes through the adjustable throttle gap. Rotating the knob changes the opening size of the orifice to restrict flow and control the moving speed of hydraulic cylinders. When oil flows in reverse direction, the pressure pushes the check poppet open, and oil passes freely without throttling. This Hydraulic valve realizes controlled forward speed and free reverse return, ensuring smooth and stable movement of the actuator in the hydraulic system.
