Description

J-Tron micro gear pump high pressure is designed for coffee machine application. This mini 316L magnetic drive gear pump has maximum 20bar with stable and continuous dispensing with no pressure reduction during the extraction process. This J-Tron stainless steel micro metering gear pump is 24V with brushless motor and the motor is also J-Tron self made. For the parts materials, pump body and shafts are SS316, and gear is customized PEEK. All these materials are food-grade and the whole pump is NSF certified as the complete component (NSF is American food-grade certification). This mini positive displacement pump has flow rate of maximum 1.6L/min which satisfies espresso extraction 30ml-60ml/30s.
