Product Overview

CWU Series Magnetic Filter is a professional FILTER specially used for the hydraulic system of industrial Machine. It adopts magnetic adsorption principle to capture ferromagnetic metal particles in hydraulic oil. Installed inside the hydraulic oil tank, this magnetic FILTER is often combined with return filter or suction filter to realize double filtration, greatly reducing metal abrasive contaminants in the hydraulic system and protecting precision components of the Machine such as hydraulic pumps, valves and cylinders.

The CWU series magnetic FILTER is equipped with high-strength permanent magnet rods. Ferrous wear debris will be firmly adsorbed on the magnet surface when oil flows through. It can trap fine metal particles that ordinary filter elements are hard to intercept. Working Principle

When the Machine operates, the hydraulic oil circulates continuously in the hydraulic system. As oil passes the CWU magnetic FILTER, high-strength magnets generate strong magnetic field. Ferromagnetic impurities like iron powder, steel scraps and wear metal particles are attracted and stuck on the surface of magnetic rods. Non-magnetic contaminants will be blocked by auxiliary mesh screen. After long-time operation, you only need to take out the magnetic assembly and wipe off adsorbed metal debris, no need to replace filter element, lowering running cost of the hydraulic system.
