2-5×1800mm Aluminum Coil Film Laminating & Flying Cut-to-Length Line

RUILONG 2-5×1800mm aluminum coil film laminating flying cut-to-length line is specially designed for aluminum coil with thickness 2–5mm and max width 1800mm. This line integrates unwinding, protective film laminating, multi-roll precision leveling, flying shear fixed-length cutting, conveying and finished sheet stacking into one automatic production system.

Adopting flying shear technology, the machine cuts sheets without stopping coil feeding, realizing continuous high-speed production. Equipped with online film laminating unit, it sticks protective film on aluminum surface during processing to prevent scratches and preserve the bright surface of aluminum sheets, ideal for architectural and decorative aluminum panels.

The multi-roll precision leveler releases internal stress of aluminum coil, corrects wave and camber to guarantee excellent flatness. Controlled by PLC + touch screen numerical system with servo length positioning, it achieves high cutting dimensional accuracy.
