Product Overview
RF Tank Mounted Return Filter is a high‑efficiency return‑line FILTER, designed for the hydraulic system of industrial Machine. It is mounted on the top of hydraulic oil tank, with filter element submerged inside the tank. This FILTER cleans hydraulic oil returning from the working circuit of the Machine, trapping solid contaminants generated by component wear inside the hydraulic system, before oil flows back into the oil tank. It prevents recycled impurities from re‑entering the hydraulic pump and valves, improving oil cleanliness and extending service life of the whole Machine.
This FILTER is fitted with built‑in bypass valve and optional clogging indicator. When filter element gets clogged, bypass valve opens to avoid excessive back‑pressure and guarantee normal oil return of the hydraulic system. Multiple flow rates and filtration precision options are available to match different hydraulic power units and industrial Machine.

Working Principle
When the Machine is working, hydraulic oil after completing the work cycle flows back to the oil tank through the RF return FILTER. Solid particles such as metal chips, wear debris and dust are captured by the filter element. Clean oil returns into the hydraulic oil tank.
As contaminants accumulate on the filter element, pressure drop increases. When pressure reaches 0.3 MPa, the optional clogging indicator sends out warning signal to remind maintenance. If the Machine cannot stop for servicing immediately, the built‑in bypass valve opens at 0.35 MPa, allowing partial oil to bypass the filter element. This avoids excessive back‑pressure and keeps the hydraulic system operating normally. The filter element can be replaced directly from tank top without draining all hydraulic oil.
