The MARSHINE Hydraulic Wire Rope Swager is a split frame type industrial press designed for safe aluminum sleeve swaging on steel wire rope, synthetic fiber rope and multi strand rigging lines in rigging shops, construction site. With heavy duty cast steel frame and quick change die cavities, this hydraulic wire rope press allows easy swapping of dies to accommodate different rope diameters without the need to make any tooling modification. Designed for oval and figure eight aluminum ferrules, this steel wire rope crimping tool provides tight burr free crimps that hold the rated breaking load during dynamic lifting stress. Equipped with high pressure quick coupler ports for connection of separate hydraulic pumps, the wire rope sleeve machinery can be configured to run with manual or electric pump power source, ideal for different production capacity requirements. With the cavity design, polished inner die’s are also effective at preventing material sticking and makes finished components pulling out easier and this wire rope pressing machine also saves cycle time for rope sleeve batch production.

The wire rope swaging machine provides maximum output pressing force of 60 ton and it is capable of processing rope outer diameter from 3mm to 12.5mm.

The main pressing head weighs 72 kg and operates at 63MPa standard pressure.
