CBG2/2 Double Hydraulic Gear Pump is a combined fixed displacement hydraulic pump. It integrates two gear pumps in one housing, supplying pressurized hydraulic oil for the complete hydraulic system of engineering Machine. As a high-pressure Hydraulic gear pump, it can provide two independent oil flow outputs simultaneously to meet different power requirements of the machine.

Working Principle

This hydraulic pump consists of two sets of gear pairs driven by one input shaft. When the Machine engine drives the pump shaft to rotate, the two groups of gears work separately. The volume change in pump cavities realizes oil suction and oil discharge. Two independent oil outlets deliver hydraulic oil to different branches of the hydraulic system at the same time to drive multiple hydraulic actuators.
