Product Overview

WY Series Magnetic Return Filter is a key FILTER mounted on the top of hydraulic oil tank. It is used to filter return oil in the hydraulic system. Combining permanent magnet and filter cartridge, this FILTER can capture ferrous metal particles and solid pollutants produced by component friction. It protects the hydraulic system and reduces wear of hydraulic parts, commonly fitted on construction Machine, mining Machine and industrial hydraulic equipment.

Working Principle

Oil returns to the tank and passes through this FILTER. The built-in magnet adsorbs tiny iron debris first, then the filter element blocks other solid contaminants. When the FILTER is clogged, the built-in bypass valve opens automatically, ensuring the hydraulic system keeps running and preventing sudden stop of the Machine.
