Product Overview

CJS-4 Magnetic Line Filter is a high-performance inline FILTER for hydraulic system. It is installed directly on the pipeline of hydraulic circuit to continuously capture ferrous metal particles generated by component wear. This FILTER can be matched with various industrial Machine, effectively removing iron debris before the pollutants circulate and damage precision parts inside the hydraulic system.

Working Principle

When hydraulic oil flows through the pipeline and passes this FILTER, the built-in strong permanent magnet attracts and traps iron wear particles suspended in the oil. Metal impurities are intercepted and will not continue to circulate in the hydraulic system. It reduces abrasive wear of hydraulic components and protects the whole Machine. The magnetic core can be taken out for cleaning repeatedly.
