Product Overview

ZU-A QU-A WU-A Return Line Filter is a common FILTER mounted on the hydraulic tank, designed to purify return oil in the hydraulic system. This FILTER traps solid particles and wear debris in return hydraulic oil before oil flows back into the tank. It effectively protects precision hydraulic components and ensures stable running of the Machine. It is widely fitted on construction Machine, machine tools, hydraulic power units and other industrial equipment.

Working Principle

Contaminated hydraulic oil flows back from the circuit and passes through this FILTER. The filter element intercepts solid pollutants. When the FILTER is clogged, the built-in bypass valve opens automatically to maintain normal circulation of the hydraulic system and avoid sudden stop of the Machine.
