Product Overview

SRFA Duplex Tank Mounted MINI-Type Return Filter is a compact dual-station FILTER installed on the hydraulic oil tank. It is designed to purify return oil inside the hydraulic system. This FILTER can realize uninterrupted oil filtration during element replacement, avoiding shutdown of the Machine. As a key component of the hydraulic system, it traps solid contaminants and wear debris to protect precision hydraulic parts, widely used on small and medium-sized engineering Machine and industrial hydraulic equipment.

Working Principle

Return oil from the hydraulic system flows into one chamber of this FILTER for impurity interception. When the filter element is clogged, users can switch to the standby filter chamber through the hand-operated valve. The blocked element can be replaced without stopping the Machine. If pressure exceeds the set value, the built-in bypass valve opens automatically to guarantee continuous operation of the hydraulic system.
