RUILONG 5×2000mm automatic galvanized steel cut-to-length line is designed for galvanized steel coil with max thickness 5mm and max width 2000mm. It integrates unwinding, leveling, fixed-length cross cutting, conveying and finished sheet stacking in one automatic production line.

This cut-to-length line adopts multi-roll precision leveling structure, which effectively eliminates camber and wave deformation of galvanized coils and guarantees excellent flatness of finished sheets. Servo fixed-length cutting ensures high cutting dimension accuracy and smooth burr-free cutting edge without damaging the galvanized coating. It is widely used for galvanized steel, cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, aluminum sheet and thin stainless steel coil processing.
