Product Overview

SRFB Duplex Tank Mounted Return Filter is a high-performance FILTER specially designed for continuous-running hydraulic system. This duplex filter assembly consists of two filter cartridges and a manual switching valve, mounted on the hydraulic oil tank. It can realize online element replacement without shutting down the Machine, effectively removing metal debris, rubber particles and solid contaminants from hydraulic oil, protecting pumps, valves and other key components of the hydraulic system and extending the service life of hydraulic components.

Working Principle

When the Machine is running, hydraulic oil flows back to the tank through this FILTER. The switching valve controls one filter chamber in working status while the other stands by. Once the filter element is blocked and pressure differential rises, operators can switch the valve to activate the standby chamber. The clogged element can be replaced safely without stopping the hydraulic system, ensuring uninterrupted production. The built-in bypass valve opens automatically when pressure exceeds the set value to avoid system overload damage.
