Product Overview

SZU-A SQU-A SWU-A Duplex Return Filter is a high-performance FILTER specially designed for continuous operation hydraulic system. This duplex FILTER consists of two filter housings and a 2-position 6-way directional valve. When one filter element is blocked, users can switch the valve to activate the standby filter cartridge without shutting down the Machine. It effectively traps solid contaminants, metal particles and rubber debris in return oil, protecting hydraulic pumps, valves and other key components inside the hydraulic system, and extending the service life of the whole Machine.

Working Principle

While the Machine keeps running, return oil flows into the hydraulic system pipeline and passes through this FILTER. The directional valve controls one filter chamber in service and the other on standby. Once the filter element is clogged and differential pressure rises, operators rotate the switching valve. The standby filter starts working immediately, and the contaminated element can be replaced safely without stopping the hydraulic system. The built-in bypass valve opens automatically to avoid oil starvation and component damage when pressure exceeds the preset value.
