SUN RVEALWN is a pilot-operated balanced piston relief CARTRIDGE VALVE, a high-performance Hydraulic valve for pressure limiting and overload protection. It serves as a critical pressure control component inside the hydraulic system of various Machine, including mobile construction machinery, deck equipment and industrial hydraulic power units. The screw-in cartridge design can be installed directly into standard T-2A manifold cavity, which simplifies manifold processing and flexible circuit layout.

Working Principle

As a reliable Hydraulic valve, this CARTRIDGE VALVE adopts pilot operated balanced piston structure. When the inlet pressure of the hydraulic system exceeds the preset value, the valve opens and diverts excess hydraulic oil back to tank to limit system pressure. The vent port supports remote pressure adjustment via external pilot valves, which brings flexible pressure control for the Machine. It maintains stable pressure even under variable flow conditions.
