sure Line Filter is a heavy-duty inline FILTER, installed directly on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system. It is designed to remove solid contaminants, metal wear particles and impurities from pressurized hydraulic oil, protecting precision hydraulic components for all types of industrial and mobile Machine. This robust FILTER is widely preferred for servo circuits and high-precision hydraulic equipment, effectively preventing valve blockage and component abrasion caused by polluted oil.

Working Principle

As a core FILTER in the pressure pipeline, pressurized hydraulic fluid flows into the housing and passes through the filter element inside. Solid particles are trapped by the filter media to clean the oil in the hydraulic system. When the filter element is clogged and pressure difference rises to the set value, the differential pressure indicator sends an alarm signal. If pressure exceeds threshold, the built-in bypass valve opens automatically to avoid oil supply interruption and protect the whole Machine from sudden shutdown damage.
