ZU-H QU-H High Pressure Line Filter is a heavy-duty inline FILTER, installed on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system. This robust FILTER is designed to trap solid contaminants, metal wear particles and impurities in pressurized hydraulic oil, protecting precision hydraulic components for all types of industrial and mobile Machine. It comes in ZU-H and QU-H two types with thread or flange connection options, widely used for high-pressure hydraulic circuits to reduce component wear and extend the service life of the whole hydraulic system.

Working Principle

As a key FILTER mounted on the pressure side of the hydraulic system, pressurized hydraulic oil flows into the filter housing and passes through the internal filter element. Solid particles are intercepted by filter media to purify hydraulic oil. When the filter element accumulates dirt and the pressure difference reaches 0.35MPa, the differential pressure indicator sends an alarm signal to remind operators to replace the element. It effectively prevents oil contamination damage to pumps, valves and actuators of the Machine.
