Product Overview

EF 25 ~120 Series Air Filter is a tank breather FILTER, installed on the fuel tank or hydraulic oil tank of the hydraulic system. This FILTER balances air pressure inside the tank while blocking dust, moisture and debris in ambient air, to keep hydraulic oil clean and avoid pollution entering the oil tank of different kinds of Machine. It is widely used for hydraulic reservoir air replenishment, preventing particle contamination and oil oxidation.

Working Principle

As a vital breather FILTER for the hydraulic system, when the hydraulic oil level rises and falls inside the reservoir, air flows in and out through this unit. Dust and solid particles in incoming air are captured by the filter media. The built-in anti-splash structure stops hydraulic oil from splashing out of the tank. It maintains normal pressure balance inside the tank, protecting the whole Machine from contamination caused by dirty air.
