Product Overview

QUQ Air Filter is a multi‑function tank breather FILTER, mounted on top of the hydraulic oil reservoir for the hydraulic system. This dual‑purpose FILTER acts as both air breather and oil filling port, filtering incoming ambient air and new filling hydraulic oil, to prevent dust, debris and moisture from contaminating hydraulic fluid for various industrial and mobile Machine. It maintains balanced tank pressure and greatly improves the cleanliness of oil inside the hydraulic system.

Working Principle

As a critical FILTER for the hydraulic system, when oil level inside the reservoir rises and falls during Machine operation, air flows in and out through this unit. Dust and solid particles in external air are trapped by filter media before entering the tank. It also serves as oil filling port: new hydraulic oil passes through the FILTER before entering reservoir to remove impurities. It keeps tank pressure balanced and avoids oil contamination from outside environment.
