A left-right twist lock keeps the pump head extended and locks the internal valve gate with a horizontal turn. An up-down lock requires pushing the stem down before threading it into a locked collar. This gives your bottled product a lower shipping height, saves carton space, and eliminates leakage under external pressure.
Q2: How do I know the correct dip tube length for my bottle?
The dip tube should touch the bottom corner of your container without curling or blocking the intake port. You can provide your container height from the neck bead to the bottom, or send empty bottles to our engineering team for free dip tube measurement and cutting test fit.
