This equipment is a self-propelled pre-stretch film wrapping machine, designed to wrap and secure palletized goods using stretch film. Features:
1. Self-propelled pre-stretch wrapping operation, capable of continuous operation for 8 hours under full charge.
2. The control system uses a dedicated PLC to drive the inverter and motor, enabling stepless speed adjustment. The system is stable, reliable, and easy to maintain.
3. Automatically detects the height of the load and the number of wrapping layers. Multiple wrapping modes can be preset to meet different packaging requirements.
4. Film stretching mechanism: Power pre-stretch (film pre-stretch ratio up to 1:2.5).
5. Suitable for pallet sizes of 0.5–1.6 meters, cost-effective. No theoretical limit on length-to-width ratio. No weight restrictions. Maximum wrapping height: 2.4 meters (customizable).
