Product Introduction: Laoye Ridge Black Rice is produced in the core black soil region of Northeast China, irrigated by water from Changbai Mountain. Grown only once a year for over 140 days, the abundant sunshine and significant diurnal temperature variation allow each grain to accumulate rich anthocyanins and dry matter. The grains are jet black and glossy, uniform and plump. After cooking, they have a rich aroma, are soft and slightly chewy, and are known as "Black Pearl," "Medicinal Rice," and "Tribute Rice." Origin and Raw Materials: The planting base is located in the golden rice belt at 43° North latitude. The deep, fertile black soil is high in organic matter.
