Model JSF15 safety valve can handle flow volume up to 40 L/min, and its operating pressure can be freely tuned within 0 to 100 bar. This valve can sustain working temperature as high as 90℃. The inlet and backwater ports both adopt G3/8 thread specification, and this design does not include an individual outlet port. Serving as a dependable pressure guard matched with triplex plunger pump units, this safety valve is fitted on cleaning machinery. It will vent excess pressure automatically once system pressure exceeds your preset threshold.
Once the pressure goes over the safe working range, the valve responds instantly. This function prevents costly harm to your pump unit and connected pipework. The valve main body uses sturdy brass construction, which can stand long-time water contact and slow down corrosion during round-the-clock operation. It features a compact footprint and can be mounted directly onto pump assemblies. Operators can complete installation work with basic hand tools, no complex equipment required.
