Product Overview

FG / FCG Adjustable Speed Control Valve is a high‑precision Hydraulic valve with dual pressure and temperature compensation function. It is installed in the hydraulic system to precisely adjust oil flow and stabilize the moving speed of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. FG is the standard speed‑regulating type; FCG integrates built‑in check valve for free reverse oil return. Even when load pressure and oil temperature of the Machine change, this Hydraulic valve can keep stable output flow. Defective or worn valve may cause speed drift, jerky movement, unstable feeding speed, which seriously affects processing accuracy. It adopts standard plate‑mount installation, suitable for new‑equipment assembly and overhaul modification of hydraulic system .

Working Principle

Inside the hydraulic system, high‑pressure hydraulic oil flows through the throttle orifice. Rotating the graduated dial changes throttle opening to set target flow value. The built‑in pressure compensator automatically adjusts spool position to maintain constant pressure difference across the throttle. Meanwhile, the temperature‑compensation component offsets flow variation caused by hydraulic oil viscosity change. Therefore, flow remains stable even if the working load of the Machine fluctuates. For FCG version, when oil flows backward, the internal check valve opens fully, oil passes through without throttling resistance for rapid return stroke .
