MG / MK Series Tubular Throttle and Check Valve
Product Overview
MG / MK Series Tubular Throttle and Check Valve is a threaded inline Hydraulic valve. It is mounted directly on pipelines of the hydraulic system, combining throttle and check‑valve functions to adjust oil flow and control actuator moving speed for the Machine. MG is the standard throttle‑check type, which throttles flow in one direction and allows free reverse oil return. MK is the reverse‑flow version, with throttling on the opposite direction and free flow for the other side. A worn or mis‑adjusted Hydraulic valve will cause speed fluctuation, jerky action and unstable performance of the Machine. The compact tubular structure simplifies piping layout, suitable for new‑equipment assembly and field maintenance of the hydraulic system.

Working Principle
When hydraulic oil circulates inside the hydraulic system, rotating the graduated knob changes the opening area of the throttle orifice to set required flow rate. For MG model: forward‑direction oil pushes the check‑valve element closed, oil must pass through the throttle gap to realize speed regulation for the Machine. Reverse‑direction oil opens the internal check valve and flows through without throttling resistance for quick return. For MK model, the throttling direction is reversed. If the throttle edge is scratched or check‑valve sealing surface wears out, internal leakage occurs and degrades the working efficiency of the hydraulic system.
Core Advantages
1. Compact tubular inline structure, no valve manifold required, flexible pipeline arrangement for the Machine.
2. Lockable graduated adjustment knob, easy repeatable flow calibration, avoid accidental mis‑operation on‑site.
3. Two directional options: MG and MK to match different circuit requirements in the hydraulic system.
4. High‑pressure‑resistant valve body, stable performance under frequent cyclic load.
5. Good sealing performance; fully‑closed position can serve as a shut‑off valve.
6. Easy installation and disassembly, direct fit to existing piping circuits, effectively resolve faults such as cylinder speed drift and jerky movement of the Machine.
Application Scope
This Hydraulic valve is widely used for industrial Machine, including machine tools, hydraulic presses, automation fixtures, test benches and light‑duty construction machinery. As a key flow‑regulating component of the hydraulic system, it accurately controls travel speed of hydraulic cylinders and rotating speed of hydraulic motors. It is suitable for original equipment manufacturing, circuit retrofitting and spare‑part replacement.
