Video details

Industrial-grade PVC ovens are heating systems specifically designed for the curing of liquid PVC plastisol, mold preheating, an automated curing system designed for micro-injection and multi-color dispensing production lines manufacturing soft PVC or silicone labels, patches, keychains, and footwear accessories. Silicone ovens are the same use, but the design is different by Jinyu Machinery TUA. In automated dispensing lines, a silicone curing oven (or liquid silicone rubber baking tunnel) is used to vulcanize multi-color liquid silicone (LSR) patches, 3D labels, keychains, and micro-injected parts. Unlike PVC plastisol, liquid silicone undergoes a fast exothermic platinum-catalyzed addition reaction when exposed to temperature gradients between 120°C and 180°C, curing within seconds to minutes depending on layer thickness.
