Product Overview

DH Series Foot Pedal is a hydraulic foot control valve, a core Hydraulic valve component used in the hydraulic system of Machine. It adopts foot operation to control oil flow direction and pressure, freeing hands for other operations. Widely installed on excavators, engineering machinery and other hydraulic equipment to drive actuators such as breakers and swing mechanisms. It can be single-pedal or double-pedal configuration, with proportional or on-off control options, stable and sensitive foot feedback, suitable for long-time continuous operation.

Working Principle

When stepping on the pedal, the pedal lever pushes the internal spool to move, changing the oil passage inside the Hydraulic valve. The hydraulic oil from the hydraulic system flows through the valve port and outputs pressure oil to drive the executive parts of the Machine. When releasing the foot, the built-in spring pushes the spool back to the neutral position, cutting off the oil circuit, and the actuator stops working. The stepping stroke can adjust the opening size of the valve port to realize stepless regulation of flow and speed.
