Product Overview

DBE(M) Pilot‑Operated Proportional Relief Valve is a high‑capacity pilot‑operated Hydraulic valve, serving as the key pressure‑limiting component for the hydraulic system of industrial Machine. It realizes stepless adjustable system pressure by electrical control signals. The DBE is standard version, while DBM is with built‑in on‑board electronics (OBE). It protects the whole hydraulic system from over‑pressure damage, and can achieve pressure setting, pressure switching and remote pressure control for the Machine. It adopts subplate mounting structure, suitable for medium‑to‑high‑flow hydraulic circuits.

Working Principle

The control signal is sent to the proportional solenoid of this Hydraulic valve. The solenoid generates electromagnetic force to set the pilot pressure of the pilot stage. When the main‑circuit pressure of the hydraulic system rises above the preset value, the main valve spool opens, and excess hydraulic oil flows back to the oil tank. It keeps the working pressure of the Machine stable at the target value. Changing the input electrical signal can continuously adjust the relief pressure. DBM model with integrated OBE simplifies wiring and signal processing.
