Product Overview
P40 Monoblock Directional Valve is a robust multi-spool integrated Hydraulic valve. The whole valve body is cast as one single block, with multiple control spools assembled inside to control the flow direction, pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic system. Each spool independently controls one actuator. This valve is widely fitted on various mobile Machine, featuring compact structure, strong anti-pollution ability and easy operation. It can be customized with different spool functions, relief valves and check valves according to working requirements.

Working Principle
This monoblock Hydraulic valve integrates main valve body, pressure relief valve, check valves and control spools into one unit. When operating the control lever, the spool slides inside the valve body to switch oil passages. It changes the oil flow direction of the hydraulic system, so hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors can extend, retract or stop. The built-in relief valve limits maximum system pressure to protect components. The check valve prevents load drop caused by oil backflow, ensuring safe operation of the Machine.
