Product Overview

P120 Monoblock Directional Valve is a heavy-duty one-piece cast Hydraulic valve, designed for high flow mobile equipment. It integrates multiple control spools, main relief valve and load holding check valves in a single cast iron body. It controls flow direction, adjusts flow rate and limits pressure of the hydraulic system. This valve supports customizable spool quantity from 1 to 8 spools, built for heavy-load mobile Machine. Parallel circuit design offers stable operation and outstanding dirt tolerance in harsh outdoor working conditions.

Working Principle

This integrated Hydraulic valve accommodates all control spools inside one solid cast body. When the control lever is actuated, the spool slides to switch internal oil passages, changing oil flow direction of the hydraulic system. This action drives hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors to lift, swing, extend, retract or halt. The built-in adjustable relief valve caps maximum system pressure to protect hydraulic components. Each spool can be equipped with a load holding check valve to prevent load drop from oil backflow, guaranteeing safe operation of the Machine. Multiple spools can operate independently or simultaneously.
