Product Overview

SD180 high-flow hydraulic valve is a heavy-duty sectional hydraulic valve engineered for excavators, mobile cranes and other large mobile machinery. As a premium hydraulic valve, it precisely governs oil direction, flow rate and pressure inside the hydraulic system, delivering powerful, coordinated movement control for your Machine. Its modular sectional structure supports custom spool combinations to satisfy complex multi-action demands of heavy-duty working equipment.

Working Principle

This hydraulic valve allocates pressurized hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic system to different actuators of the Machine. Each valve spool independently manages one movement including boom lifting, arm telescoping, bucket digging and slewing. The built-in load check valve locks loads securely and prevents sudden dropping when the handle returns to neutral. Load-sensing design matches output flow with actual load demand, cutting energy waste and heat buildup in the hydraulic system.
