Product Overview

DCV100 sectional hydraulic control valve is a robust modular hydraulic valve specially engineered for loaders, forklifts and material handling equipment. As a premium hydraulic valve, it accurately controls hydraulic oil flow, direction and pressure within the hydraulic system to deliver stable, responsive lifting and tilting operation for your Machine. Its sectional modular design supports flexible spool configuration from 1 to 12 sections, perfectly matching multi-function requirements of front loaders, warehouse forklifts and other mobile handling machinery.

Working Principle

This hydraulic valve distributes pressurized hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic system to different actuators of the Machine. Each spool independently manages lifting, tilting and auxiliary movements of loaders and forklifts. The built-in load check valve locks the load firmly to prevent unexpected cargo drop when the control handle returns to neutral. The integrated relief valve limits peak pressure, protecting the whole hydraulic system from overload damage during frequent loading and unloading cycles.
