Upgrade capping part:

1. More reasonable and beautiful overall structure

2. Obvious bigger seaming head, adopt heavy bearing which prolong the seaming cam service, the normal service time prolong 5 times.

3. Twin shafts structure: The first seaming roll and the second seaming roll are separated. User could adjust and control the seaming rolls separately.

4. The rotation direction is anticlockwise direction in seaming process; the capped cans leave the capping part automatically as its direction to avoid jam and scratch.

5. Filling cylinder is arc structure, no dead angle to avoid liquid left. It adopts CIP automatic clean design to clean without tear apart the filling heads after working.

This machine is the equipment which designed and produced on the basis of 30 years beverage packing experience.

It adopts ordinary filling principle, and the main electric components adopt import products, like“Siemens” PLC, “Delta” frequency converter and “Omron” proximity sensor and “Siemens” analog output. It is high speed of filling,running steady,high quality seaming,pleasing appearance,convenient for use and maintenance,touch screen operation,frequency control and the distances between liquid level and rim of can are consistent. It is ideal equipment for beverage factories and food plants.

The user could setup the production speed on touch screen. Machine alarms automatically of all common malfunctions and shows the cause and position of malfunction, PLC detects and decides to continue or stop the machine according the level of malfunction.

1. Introduction to the Automatic Oil Circuit Lubrication System of the Filling And Seaming Machine

The automatic oil circuit lubrication is a key auxiliary system for the filling and seaming machine. For the high-speed reciprocating motion parts such as cams, bearings, guide rails, chains, rotating supports, and transmission mechanisms of the equipment, it automatically delivers lubricating oil at a set cycle and in a fixed quantity, replacing manual oiling and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the entire machine.

2. Introduction to the operation of the automatic oil circuit lubrication

The lubricating oil is stored in the ① main oil tank. After being pressurized by the lubrication pump, it is transported through the pipeline to ② the oil delivery pipeline, and then sent to ③ the top oil distribution unit. The oil distribution unit completes the quantitative oil distribution and sequentially supplies oil to each lubrication point. The key components such as ④ the machine head assembly and ⑤ the tractor chassis assembly receive forced oil supply. The remaining oil is transported to other moving lubrication areas. The lubricating oil that overflows at each lubrication point flows back to the work surface through ⑥ the return oil channel, and after being collected at the work surface, it returns to ① the main oil tank, thus achieving the closed-loop circulation lubrication of the lubricating oil.

3. Work Flow

1. The PLC of the equipment triggers the lubrication pump to start at the preset time intervals;

2. The lubrication pump establishes oil pressure, and the lubricating oil is transported through the pipeline to the distributor;

3. The distribution valve injects oil to each lubrication point in a quantitative and sequential manner;

4. The flow detection switch detects the pipeline flow and confirms that the oil supply is normal;

5. When the preset oil supply time is reached, the oil pump stops and waits for the next lubrication cycle;

6. In case of insufficient oil or pipeline blockage, the system triggers an alarm, and the touch screen indicates the fault. (During normal operation, the oil pump is always in operation)
