A4VSO Heavy Duty Piston Pumps is swashplate type variable displacement axial piston pump for open-circuit hydraulic system. It converts mechanical torque into hydraulic power and acts as the core power source for heavy-duty industrial and high-load Machine. Famous for ultra-high pressure rating, robust cast housing and modular control design, this series is widely adopted in heavy industry, metallurgy and large hydraulic stations. It supports multiple control modes and through-drive combination for flexible hydraulic system layout[(Bosch Rexr...)].

Working Principle

When drive shaft rotates, cylinder block and piston-slipper assemblies rotate together. Pistons slide on the swashplate and generate reciprocating axial movement. Oil suction occurs when pistons retract; oil discharge happens when pistons compress. Adjusting the tilt angle of swashplate changes piston stroke, so displacement and output flow can be steplessly modified to match varying load requirements of the hydraulic system. Pre-compression structure reduces pressure pulsation and vibration.
