PV High Pressure Pumps (Parker PV series) is swashplate variable displacement axial piston pump designed for open-circuit hydraulic system. It converts rotary mechanical power into high-pressure hydraulic energy, serving as the high-performance power core for heavy-duty industrial Machine. Adopting 9-piston structure, this pump features low flow pulsation, high volumetric efficiency and modular control design. It is widely preferred for precision industrial hydraulic equipment, supporting multiple control modes and full through-drive for flexible hydraulic system layout.

Working Principle

When drive shaft rotates, cylinder block and piston-slipper assemblies revolve together. Pistons slide on inclined swashplate and perform reciprocating axial movement to complete oil suction and discharge. Adjusting swashplate tilt angle changes piston stroke, so displacement and output flow can be steplessly adjusted. When the hydraulic system pressure reaches preset value, the compensator automatically reduces pump displacement to maintain stable pressure and save energy. The pre-compression design reduces pressure pulsation and vibration for smoother operation.
