Product Overview

PMP hydraulic hand pumps are compact manually operated hydraulic power units, widely used as a portable pressure source for hydraulic system when electric power is unavailable. The PMP series (such as PMP20S) is mainly single-acting hand pump, wall-mounted type, delivering high hydraulic pressure by manual lever operation to drive single-acting hydraulic cylinders, clamping tools and test equipment .

Working Principle

Reciprocating movement of the manual lever drives the internal piston. During the pumping stroke, oil is pressurized and output to the hydraulic circuit; when releasing pressure, the built-in unloading valve opens to retract the cylinder. It adopts double-speed design in some versions: large flow at low pressure for fast advance, small flow at high pressure to reduce hand operating force.
