Product Overview

PMD hydraulic hand pumps are double-acting tank-mounted manual hydraulic power units, designed to drive double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Equipped with built-in 4/3 directional control valve, this pump can control cylinder extension, hold pressure and retraction directly by manual lever operation. It serves as independent portable power source for your hydraulic system and Machine, ideal for sites without electricity supply.

Working Principle

Swing the operating lever, the internal piston generates oil flow on both push and pull strokes to improve working efficiency. The integrated 4/3 directional valve switches oil flow between port A and port B. You can control forward movement, maintain pressure or reverse retraction for double-acting cylinders. Built-in relief valve limits maximum pressure to protect the hydraulic circuit from overload damage.
