The B004 Corbel is a decorative bracket modelled on the classical acanthus leaf corbel: a dense cascade of hand-sculpted leaves flows down the console, tapering to a row of rounded lobes (egg-and-dart) at the base, all crowned by a clean, stepped cap that meets the beam. Carved from high-density polyurethane, it reads as stone or carved wood but is up to 70% lighter than plaster, so one person can lift, position and fix it — no lifting gear, no two-person hold, no risk of a heavy corbel pulling away from the wall. The surface is factory-primed and ready for any water-based or oil-based paint: matte reveals every vein of the leaf, satin follows the scroll, gold leaf or metallic turns the relief into a focal point. Use it to support a mantel, crown a doorway or window, brace a shelf or countertop overhang, anchor a cabinet run, or mark the springing point of an arch. It also pairs with our PU columns, pilasters, chair rail, fluted wall panels and crown molding for a complete classical interior. 18.4 × 21 × 10.5 cm.
