Our TPU oil bladder is a high-strength Flame-retardant Aerospace Fuel Bladder for bulk storage and transport of fuel, oil and other industrial liquids. Made from multi-layer TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) with radio-frequency welded seams, it resists diesel, petrol, kerosene, jet fuel, lubricating oil and UV exposure.
Every Aerospace Flexible Fuel Tank is made to order. Capacity, dimensions, fitting positions, colour and markings are produced to your drawing, with custom size available from 50 L service bladders to 50,000 L bulk tanks.
Empty bladders collapse flat, cutting freight volume and storage space by up to 80% against rigid steel or plastic tanks.
High-tensile TPU fabric resists abrasion, punctures and flex fatigue, staying reliable in rough field use.
Welded seams and reinforced fitting pads give a continuous seal with no stitching holes to weep or leak.
Any capacity, footprint, valve position, camlock or flange connection, colour and logo marking to match your project.
Lightweight, handled by one or two people, with lifting handles and tie-down points for quick site installation.

Which liquids can the bladder store?
