The RZJ350-00-00 Timing Belt Guide Bar Hot Bonding Machine is a semi-automatic hot melt bonding equipment specially developed for manufacturing customized Industrial Timing Belts, PU Timing Belts, Timing Belt, T10 Timing Belt, and all kinds of transmission belt with anti-offset PU guide bars. In the power transmission and conveyor belt industry, many belt manufacturers often encounter the problem of belt deviation during operation. Adding PU guide bars on the back of belts is the most effective solution, and this machine delivers stable, high-efficiency hot bonding processing for this application.
This model supports a maximum belt hot bonding width of 0~350mm, and the processing range for guide bar width reaches 0~90mm, which covers most common sizes of PU Timing Belts, T10 Timing Belt and general transmission belt. The working height of the machine is fixed at 1000mm, matching the normal operation height of most belt production workshops and bringing a comfortable operating experience for workers. It adopts a 32mm pneumatic cylinder. Within the air pressure range of 0.3~0.8MPa, the composite thrust can reach 28kg, providing stable and uniform pressure during hot bonding. The consistent pressing force ensures that the PU guide bar fuses tightly with the belt surface, avoiding peeling, warping or weak bonding after long-term running of the finished Industrial Timing Belts.
For the heating system, this machine is equipped with an imported heating module for the hot air gun. The whole heating unit can be adjusted in X, Y, Z three directions within a 50mm travel range. Operators can precisely align the heating nozzle according to different widths and positions of guide bars on Timing Belt, so the heat input is controlled accurately, preventing overheating damage to the base belt or insufficient melting of the guide bar material. The heating system runs on AC220V power supply, while the power-driven roller adopts 380V power with 0.75KW variable speed control. Users can adjust the feeding speed flexibly to match different materials of PU Timing Belts and T10 Timing Belt, realizing flexible production switching between small batch custom orders and mass production orders. The total installed power of the whole machine is 2500W. The stable power configuration guarantees continuous long-hour operation in belt factories.
The whole machine weighs 250kg, with overall dimensions of 1550mm × 967mm × 1400mm. The solid welded frame structure reduces vibration during operation, maintaining high processing precision even after years of continuous use.
