This 100+40 flat power cable extrusion line finished trial run at our Vietnam customer’s factory. It stably manufactures UL SPT-3 integrated flat power cables for 2-core and 3-core, compatible with all SPT parallel flat wire extrusion. Equipped with 100mm main extruder for PVC insulation and 40mm auxiliary co-extruder for color stripe, optimized screw for high-filled PVC delivers consistent output to meet thick insulation SPT-3 requirements. Full configuration: dual active pay-off, conductor straightener, self-developed SPT flat wire co-extrusion head, double-layer 6m cooling tank, caterpillar traction, shaftless take-up, preheater, laser gauge, front & rear spark testers, online printing machine, horizontal wire storage. Oversea electrical system supports Vietnam 380V-415V/50Hz with remote fault diagnosis, complete SPT1/2/3 mould set supplied.
