YF Cross-Port Pilot-Operated Cartridge Relief Valve

This YF Cross-Port Pilot-Operated Cartridge Relief Valve is a high-performance Hydraulic valve, also known as CARTRIDGE VALVE, designed for cross-port pressure limiting and overload protection. It adopts pilot-operated poppet structure, which can effectively absorb pressure spikes and stabilize pressure inside the hydraulic system, widely used in mobile and industrial Machine hydraulic circuits such as excavators, loaders, cranes and hydraulic power units.

It is a threaded screw-in cartridge design, easy to install into manifold cavity, saving assembly space. The valve features high pressure control precision, low pressure override, stable and quiet operation. Its max working pressure can reach 315 bar, max flow up to 60 L/min, matched with T-2301 standard cavity for cross-port relief application. It can protect the whole hydraulic circuit from overpressure damage and maintain safe working condition for hydraulic actuators.
